BLUE MALLEE - This is a mild sweet honey which is gathered from the Eucalypt Polybractea which is grown in the Whipstick Forest and areas around Bendigo, Inglewood and Wedderburn. Blue mallee is also the Eucalypt grown and harvested to produce Australia’s world famous Eucalyptus Oils and associated Products.
BENDIGO BOX- Is a natural mixture of Kamarooka, Green Mallee and Wildflowers all of which flower at the same time in the Whipstick National Park. It is a light, mild pleasant tasting honey.
CANOLA –Collected when the Canola crops are in full bloom yielding a light mild honey which is excellent as a sweetener for Tea/Coffee or for cooking.
CITRUS – This honey is gathered from the orange orchards growing in and around Griffiths in the Riverina area of New South Wales. It is a light free flowing honey with a distinctively pleasing tangy flavour.
CREAMED HONEY - A blend of mild flavoured honeys which are whipped to a creamy consistency. Easy to spread and great on toast or crumpets.
GRAMPIANS – Grampians is a mild sweet honey collected naturally from the Scentbark, Swamp and Manna Gums growing in the Grampian National Park. It may also contain a little of the much sought after Manuka.
GREY BOX - is the old time favourite because it has an excellent flavour . It is a mild,sweet, light amber coloured honey of medium density gathered from Eucalypt trees in the Bendigo/Castlemaine areas of Victoria. Always good to have on hand.HONEYCOMB – Honey bees store their honey in beeswax cells they have made and this honey laden comb is straight from the hive . This is a very popular way of eating naturally pure raw honey which reportedly may assist in the relief of hay fever, sinus and related problems. You simply chew the comb like chewing gum until all the honey is gone then “spit” out the waxy residue which, if swallowed, is harmless.
IRON BARK – Most of this honey comes from the Goldfields region in Victoria. It is a thick beautifully mild floral honey which sometimes candies with a fine grain which is good to eat in this form.
LOCAL or GARDEN HONEY - A truly local honey gathered from trees and gardens in and around Geelong. This honey contains pollens from the local area and may help sufferers of hay fever and related complaints build up an immunity to their problems.
MANUKA – Manuka is the aboriginal name for teatree and comes from the Grampians National Park. The honey has a jelly–like consistency and is very popular because of its reported health benefits when eaten and also its unique healing qualities when used as a dressing.
MESSMATE - Is one of the darkest honeys gathered from the giant Stringybark . It is of a medium density with a molasses like taste and lots of flavour. It is said to contain lots of minerals and comes from the wetter mountain areas around Daylesford.
MOUNTAIN HONEY - This is a dense dark honey with a caramel like flavour and contains a lot of minerals. It comes from Mountain Ash and Peppermint trees in the high country of of North East Victoria.
RED GUM – A darker coloured mild but very good flavoured honey gathered from the red gums around Inverleigh and Dunkeld. It is not as strong or aromatic as Yellow Box and is a great eating honey
RED STRINGYBARK - From the Brisbane Ranges National Park it has a flavour similar to Messmate honey. It also is said to contain more minerals than other honeys and is believed to assist in promoting good health. It is a dark dense good flavoured honey.

SPRING HONEY – This is a natural mixture of Canola, Red Gum and spring flowers and is collected at the time when Canola crops are at their best.
TASMANIAN LEATHERWOOD - A distinctively strong aromatic flavoured honey from the pristine Wilderness areas of Southern Tasmania. This is an excellent eating honey but can be used in cooking and for Mead making. Not everybody’s taste!
WHITE MALLEE – A lovely light flavoured honey from Robinvale and is said to be the best flavoured of all the Mallee honeys.
YELLOW BOX – Probably the sweetest and most popular of all the honeys. It is very dense and slow to candy.
YELLOW GUM – This is a beautiful honey gathered from the Castlemaine area in Victoria but is frequently sold in supermarkets as South Australian Bluegum.
It is a light coloured, delightfully, mild, sweet honey and every bit as nice as Yellow Box
YOU YANGS – which as the name suggests comes from the You Yang national Park. It is sugar gum which yields a light, sweet pleasant tasting honey. And did you know You Yang is aboriginal for “tall peak on a flat plain.”
OTHER PRODUCTS
DARK BULK HONEY is a strong flavoured honey often used for horses and dogs. It is claimed that honey, when mixed with food, is good for horses as it calms their temperament. It can assist in the curing of stomach ulcers which may develop from eating hard foods and also in the removal of sand which is ingested when eating. When used as a dressing, wounds have been shown to heal quickly.
COOKING HONEY is a blend of honeys resulting in a nice mild flavour making it ideal for cooking. It is frequently used in Chinese Restaurants and in the baking and catering industries.
PARRAFIN WAX – A refined wax use predominantly for candle making. Available in 28 Kg boxes
BEES WAX – A by-product of processing which can be used in many different ways.
